In this course I will take you through

3-4 hrs

- macarons according to me where I talk through my macaron journey
- tools and ingredients
- macaron recipe
- how to make macarons using the key visual cues
- filling macarons
- troubleshooting along the way


I will be teaching plain unflavoured macarons filled with buttercream and caramel/curd/compote fillings in this workshop but we will go through how to flavour and colour the shells as well.

Teaching will be done using a buddy system so there will be two students per recipe/equipment. This is just to limit wastage and also we only have one oven in the workshop space and need to allow for baking times per student. 

Included in the course is free unlimited access to the Bernadette Gee online course Complete Guide to Macarons online course valued at $100

Each participant will take home the macarons they make in the workshop approximately 10
