How it started
I needed a creative outlet, a way to fill a giant gap left by Magnolia Kitchen.
I started drawing some simple digital pencil sketches on my iPad, a medium I've always enjoyed and used a lot while authoring my second book. This progressed to playing around with pencils, charcoal, and pastel pencils all on real-life paper.
To say I was hooked was an understatement, it became my form of therapy and the more I drew the more I wanted to draw.
This new discovery of sketching and drawing firstly in black and white then more recently colour has been both surprising and inspiring for me.
I am also now taking limited bookings for commissions which is hugely exciting and I can't wait to work on some special one-off pieces for customers.
