Marshmallow Making

If you have ever wanted to make marshmallow but have been scared to or have tried and failed this is the workshop for you.

With approx. 20yrs experience in old fashioned sweet treats making including make for wholesale production and distribution I know pretty much all there is to know about making the perfect batch of marshmallow and will be sharing all my knowledge with you in this hands on workshop.

In this course I will take you through

3hrs including breaks when we are waiting for the whipping to happen and the setting to happen

- ingredients and equipment
- tips, tricks and troubleshooting
- making marshmallow 
- setting and cutting 
- storage 

Included in the course is emailed copies of four of my fudge recipes including my vegan/ dairy free fudge 

Each participant will take home the marshmallow they have made which will be approx. 64 pieces packaged in a big glass jar. 

*please be aware that this course may be rescheduled if bookings do not meet the threshold, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause built unfortunately it is not viable to run the course for less than 2 attendees. Refunds will be available if the rescheduled date does not suit.
